Annual Show

• To find out which show your child / children will be in, please check the notice board at dancing.

• There is no limit on how many tickets you can purchase, it is on a first come, first served basis. The cost of the ticket is £11.00 per person and £5.00 for children under the age of 10.

• Tickets can be purchased in 3 ways. 1) Online with a link that will be sent out via WatsApp roughly 2 months before the date of the show. 2) By telephone to Mountsorrel Memorial Centre on 0116 2304877. 3) In person by visiting Mountsorrel Memorial Centre. Their office hours are 10am - 2pm Monday - Saturday.

• Queniborough Dance Company will not be handling any of the tickets this year. You can not purchase through Janet.

• The seating is tiered apart from the front row which is flat. There is a lift to the upstairs balconies where there is wheelchair seating available.

• When considering which tickets are needed please bear in mind that Babes / Pre-Preps will need a one to one dresser in the changing room, Preps will need one dresser per two pupils and Primary's / Grade One's will need one dresser per two / three pupils. Unfortunately dressers will not be able to watch the show in the theatre or from the stage.

Audience

• Please arrive in plenty of time to find your seat and get settled.

• Parking can be difficult, particularly Saturday & Sunday morning. We have the use of the main car park, Little Lane car park and street parking, however in the mornings at the weekend there are lots of other clubs on so parking can be difficult. We would recommend that you car share if you can.

Pupils

• Please arrive at the time your teacher has told you to.

• Hair should be in a bun and full make up worn unless your teacher has advised otherwise.

• It would be an idea to bring a dressing gown so that you can move about the building when needed without revealing your costumes to the audience.

• If bringing snacks / drinks try not to bring anything too messy that could damage / stain costumes.
